Who is Kim Yong-chol, the mastermind of attacks on South Korea, invited to Seoul?

Kim Yong-chol (his biogram is available there) is supposed to lead the North Korea’s Olympic Ceremony Delegation. He’s considered as the mastermind of attacks on South Korea but also involved in North-South Korean issues since 1989 and currently in charge of inter- Korean affairs in the North. He also acted as a spokesman for the KPA Supreme Command

Since a long time, we can’t remark the presence of O Kuk-ryol to official DPRK events. O Kuk-ryol

Born in 1939 in Jilin province, O Kuk-ryol was educated at the prestigious Mangyongdae Revolutionary School in Pyongyang and later enrolled in Kim Il Sung University.
