Pak Pong Ju Makes Field Survey of Different Fields in South Hamgyong
Pyongyang, June 3 (KCNA) — Premier of the DPRK Cabinet Pak Pong Ju made field survey of different fields including chemical and machine-building industries and fisheries in South Hamgyong Province.

The North Korean Press Agency is rarely directly mentioning the name of its PM especially in a headline. I personnaly consider it as an evolution and as a sign that the leadership is presented not only as a structure formated around Kim Jong-eun but also around other people.
